We currently ship orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check our website for any updates regarding international shipping availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products).

4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional time during peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events) for order processing.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method chosen and your delivery location. Typical delivery times are as follows:

8. Incorrect or Missing Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to deliver the package, and you may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment. 9. Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes using USPS. However, certain large or heavy items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery, and you may need to provide a physical address for delivery.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue. We will do our best to provide a replacement or refund for lost or damaged items, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
